Owned by Bobby Champion, ICG builds both multi-family and single family homes in the $100,000 to $500,000+ price range. ICG is a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, and been recognized for building excellence in Parade of Homes events. Over the years, the management team of ICG has enjoyed numerous awards and accolades for superior home building.
Raleigh-based Ross Construction, Inc. was founded by James Madison University graduate Bob Ross in 1997. The company primarily builds single family homes in the $150,000 to $500,000 price range in the Raleigh and surrounding area. A family business, Bob’s wife, Carrie, oversees the financial aspects, while his brother, Doug, runs the day to day operations. Ross Construction is a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, and has been recognized for building excellence with Parade of Homes Awards. “Taking Pride In Every Home We Build” is the Ross Construction motto, signifying the company’s commitment to home owner satisfaction and quality product.
As the exclusive townhome builder in Granite Falls Communities, Wake County based Live Oak Homes is a building company whose management comes with more than 25 years of industry experience.
